This fab navy skirt is made from lightweight cotton and features an elasticated waistband with pompom ties. It is bias hemmed at the bottom of the skirt and is in crinkle style although it can also be worn smoothed. If you choose to keep it wrinkled, you can twist it when washed and still damp to maintain its wrinkle.
