Brief History Of Redback Cards

Redback Cards is a greeting card publisher based by the beach in delightful Devon, with this brand being founded back in 2016. They’re famous for their hilarious, cool and down-to-earth cards created by a variety of fantastic artists and designers. Not taking life too seriously is their ethos and we’re big fans of that mentality at Sarah Thomson! 

And it’s not just us that think Redback cards are fab! Having won 7 Henries (the Oscars of the greeting card world!), they’re well recognised for their top quality cards. The Henries are the biggest UK accolade for greeting card publishers, with 14,000 entrants! The award takes its name from Sir Henry Cole, who in 1843, was the first to introduce commercially produced Christmas cards. Therefore, it is no small honour that Redback have been rewarded with this accolade on numerous occasions.
