UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £5.95 


Please allow 3-5 working days. Goods are sent out using Tracked 48h Royal Mail, which does not require a signature. PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED THE DELIVERY CHARGE.

Larger Items, such as big coats, will cost £10.95 and will be clearly indicated on the product page. This is due to size and weight.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £15.95

UK Next Day delivery is the quickest delivery option available for residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. All orders must be placed before 2pm, Monday to Thursday to ensure that they arrive on the next nominated working day. We use Royal Mail for this. Please bear in mind that a signature is required for this service. 

We recommend that you ensure goods are sent to a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign for your parcel.

Please note that all orders placed on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the following working day. For example; if you place your order on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, your order will not be processed until the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

RETURNS


If you are not completely happy with your online order, we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange. You must return non-sale items within 14 days of receiving your order. It is not possible to refund items returned outside the 14 day period.

SALE ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your goods.

Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition as you received them, in their original packaging with all tags intact. If the goods are not returned in their original condition or if any of the tags have been removed, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

We recommend you return your goods via recorded delivery for proof of postage as goods returned to Sarah Thomson are done so at your own risk and expense.

We cannot accept earrings or underwear and swimwear as a return, unless they are faulty.

To return goods, please fill out the Returns Form in your original delivery and return it within the parcel.
