History Of COTI Eyewear 

COTI eyewear, meaning ‘Chuckle On The Inside’ was founded by Julie and Nancy, friends and former colleagues with the aim of making reading glasses fun and exciting through fashionable glasses chains that can match your outfit for all occasions! As Julie and Nancy were entering into their reading glasses era, they noticed that there was a huge gap in the market. After searching high and low to no avail, they decided to set out on designing their own and in turn, redefining the ‘glasses chain’ with their COTI eyewear brand.

Launched back in 2020, COTI eyewear was thrust into the limelight after being featured on Dragons’ Den in April 2021. These greatly popular women’s accessories were noticed by the stylish Deborah Meadon who said of the brand, “they brought an important bit of everyday kit out of the dullness and into the light”.

We had been following COTI vision at Sarah Thomson for a while and came across them whilst visiting London in 2022. After seeing their incredible collection bursting with colour we know it would be a perfect match! In a range of sizes, textures and colours there is something for everyone and every outfit, which is what we love most about them.
