Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your online order we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange. You must notify us in writing 14 days from when you receive the goods and return them to us within for 14 days from notifying us.

Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition as you received them, in their original packaging with all tags intact. If the goods are not returned in their original condition or if any of the tags have been removed we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

We recommend you return your goods via recorded delivery for proof of postage as goods returned to Sarah Thomson are done so at your own risk and expense.

We cannot accept earrings as a return, unless they are faulty.
