History Of Untouched World Women's Clothing

Originally a family business, Untouched World began life making classic women’s knitwear back in 1995. It’s something they’re truly passionate about, using age-old hand-finishing techniques alongside cutting edge technology to create luxurious, enduring knitwear. They’re workrooms are right onsite at their New Zealand Head Office, and enjoy the privilege of mingling with their makers, many of whom have been with them so long it feels like one big happy family.

The New Zealand based brand set out from the get-go to cause disruption in an industry that is sadly very broken. Untouched World made it their priority to reject fast fashion destined for the dump, and pave the way for a regenerative approach to classic women’s clothing.

When it comes to the whole philosophy of Untouched World, this can be summarised in a symbol representing a Māori Kite, the emblem of an ideal relationship between people and nature. It is the outcome of an art involving natural materials and human skills; it links the earth to the sky, and symbolises a soaring freedom of the spirit.

Untouched World is a truly timeless brand designing clothes that can be worn all year-round for much longer than just one season.
